REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Peek represented the Santa Clara County Bar Association and prepared an amicus brief on its behalf before the California Supreme Court in the California Marriages Cases. Peek’s brief on behalf of the SCCBA focused on the confusion and uncertainty caused by California’s exclusionary marriage laws, and argued that the state’s domestic partnership scheme is incapable of replicating the status of marriage.
