Michele Corvi focuses on all areas of family law, including child custody and visitation, domestic violence, child support, spousal support, valuation of property and division of assets. She co-leads the family law team at McManis Faulkner.
Over the years, Michele Corvi has demonstrated an ability to manage a caseload of many diverse issues. She has successfully handled paternity claims, date of separation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, reimbursement claims, valuation of stock options, valuation of businesses, post nuptial agreements and marital settlement agreements. She has conferred with forensic accountants on complicated financial claims. She has worked closely with clients and mental health professionals in complex custody evaluations. She has familiarity with handling complex division of property and business assets. In addition to her litigation experience, Corvi enjoys working collaboratively in mediation.
