The Pajama Program Marks Valentine Season with Fourth Annual "Open Your Heart" Pajama Drive

The Pajama Program and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts teamed up during the Valentine season for the fourth annual “Open Your Heart” campaign. On Feb. 11th, the San Jose Fairmont accepted drive-by and drop-off donations of new pajamas, books and cash from guests, employees and community members. Afterwards, McManis Faulkner staff sorted and packed up the 2,391 pairs of new pajamas to be delivered to 26 agencies. Senior Counsel Pallie Zambrano, Co president of the Northern California Chapterof The Pajama Program, states that the annual “Open Your Heart” drive aims to provide new pajamas for children and teens in need. Very often these are the first new pajamas these children receive.
