OUR DIVERSE TEAM
The MF staff, reflecting our wonderfully diverse Silicon Valley community, represents ethnicities, cultures and religions throughout the world. We employ the children of parents who emigrated to the United States from Iran, India, Egypt, and Mexico. Several members of our staff are immigrants themselves.
Our firm is lawyered, staffed and managed by more women than men; highly unusual in the legal profession. This fact coupled with the ethnic diversity of our entire MF team enables us to value and accommodate differences and allows for greater understanding of client needs. Differing backgrounds, views, and outlooks increase our ability to solve problems, enhance our creativity and improve communication. All of this leads to better results for our clients.

Our practice is as diverse as our staff. Our clients include large Silicon Valley companies as well as small businesses, government agencies and individuals. Likewise, the litigation we handle for these clients includes everything from business and family law to intellectual property, employment, and numerous other practice areas.
